Principle of Healing

Romans 4:17-22 says, "(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. 18Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. 19And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:  20He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; 21And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.  22And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness."

There is probably no other subject as important to your healing and health than the principle of CALLING THINGS THAT ARE NOT.  We see in the above passage that Abraham became fully persuaded that God would do what He had promised.  The way he became fully persuaded was by calling those things which were not manifest as though they were.

God changed Abram' name to Abraham, which meant "father of nations or multitude".  This was the means He used to convince Abraham to call for what he did not yet have in reality.  God had established it by promise, but Abram had to call it into reality by mixing faith with God's Word.

Every time he said, "I am Abraham," he was calling things that were not yet manifest.  Similarly, when you call for your healing and command your body to function normally the way it is designed by the Creator, you enforce your body to respond likewise.  For example, you say, "my blood pressure is 120 over 80," your body obeys and aligns accordingly.  You say, "my pancreas will produce right amount of insulin that gives life and health to my body," your body will listen and align itself to what you have spoken in the name of Jesus.  We enforce God's word into our body and command it to function in accordance to His Word.  Healing will manifest ultimately because your healing was in the atonement.
